The lost one....

Well tonight I had an experience I had not had before.  I am out of town on a business trip and was able to find a Dogfish Head Ale House.  It was by far the best place we had found all week.  There are only, I think 4, and they are all around the DC area.  The food was great, the best food we had all week.  The real fun was the beer.  I had more Dogfish Head beer then I had before.  So many kinds and it was tough to choose.  I will say the ones I thought were the best, they did not have available, but that was ok.  I did have a beer that was unique.  It had something from all 7 continents in the world, it was called Pangaea.  I was surprised how well it tasted and easy drinking it was.  It was not real bitter, or heavy in alcohol taste.

In all our fun tonight, we did have one casualty.  We did have to lose one beer to finish the Pangaea, as it came in a 750 ml bottle.  A pint of beer was lost in that, but it was agreed that we should enjoy the Pangaea and deal with the lost one, then to waste such a unique beer.

If you are ever near a Dogfish Head Ale House, you should check it out.  The food is fantastic and the beer is even better.
